Vampires make up a big chunk of the paranormal world. They’re bloodsuckers and things from legends and myths. Most are hidden away, living in a world most humans don’t know about. So what happens when you fall in love with one?

Here’s a taste of what’s to come.

Food:
Blood is like the holy grail of life for vamps. What better way to get this much-needed supply other than biting a few necks? Most have this really cool hypnotizing thing that makes you feel drugged. On the other hand, some of these junkies bite hard.

Life:

They’re undead immortals, and distant cousins of zombies and perhaps ghosts. At least you know he’ll die before you (no expensive funeral costs!). Too bad you’ll be the one to grow old and probably ugly. Stuck between a rock and a dead place…

Looks:

Wow, they’re hot! Hard and musclely from years of vampireness and fighting their own battles. Clear skin is a big plus too, if you’re into pale and sparkly killers.

Powers:

Mind reading, empathy, and the occasional precognition, they’re stronger, faster, smarter and they know it. Not much can stop a vamp once they’re after something (hopefully you) with the exception of the sun, decapitation, and a few deadly weapons.

So whether you’re ready to delve into the supernatural world or stick to sane reality, remember, don’t love in vein.

  1. I'm not much into vampires, except Edward, of course. :)

  2. @ Elle Ahh, Edward. The one that started it all. Paranormal literature would not be the same without him. :)
