Follow Friday

Question:

Fight! Fight! If you could have two fictional characters battle it out (preferably from books), who would they be and who do you think would win?

Answer:


My choice is Merit from the Chicagoland series by Chloe Neill and Mercy from the Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs. This fight would be epic! Mercy would likely change into coyote form and get a few good bites in, but in the end I think the sword wielding Merit would win. I love Mercy, but Merit is the more trained fighter.


Who do you think would win this fight?

    I've heard of the Chicagoland series around a lof of places  but not of the Mercy Thompson series. They both sound like able warriors! VERY able warriors actually.

    I still have to read the Chicagoland series, but am not sure if I really want to, because apparently the author was very evil in the third book or so? I hope she's fixed that in the next one, because I wouldn't be able to stand if what's happened was perminant. o.o

    Lord Akeldama (a dandy vamp from The Parasol Protectorate series) vs. any Cullen. Akeldama would out-sparkle them all with his attire, successfully distracting them while Biffy (former drone) and his friends tore the Cullens to shreds!
