This week's question:
How has your reading habits changed since you were a teen?
Answer:
Oh, so much. The only thing I read until after I was married was historical romance from about the age of 12. I was actually and sadly judgmental of my sister who read paranormal books. After I was married I had only taken a few books with me and one of them was paranormal. In a moment of utter boredom I read the book. I was instantly hooked!
Teaches you to never knock something until you try it.
This week’s question:
Author Block Party: If you could gather a handful of authors to hang out with, who would you choose?
Answer:
I’m gonna answer this question not on basis of their books, but of their awesomeness on twitter. I actually haven’t read many of these authors yet, but I will!
I’ve linked them to their twitter or in the case of Jackson Pearce to her youtube page.
Jackson Pearce- OMG! I love her. SO so much. She’s kinda boring on twitter, but if you watch her youtube page. OMG! I love her.
Kiersten White- She’s freaking hilarious. Whether it be her writing, her youtube, her twitter feed all freaking hilarious!
Scott Tracey- If I’m mentioning Kiersten White I cannot forget to mention him. They feed into one another and are constantly at each other. You’d think they were siblings.
Victoria Schwab- Not only is her writing AMAZING! She is also so incredibly nice and interacts a lot with bloggers on twitter.
Those are just some of my favorites. Twitter is my block party.

Hello!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog!
I had the opposite experience...I went from horror novels as a teenager to paranormal romance and finally to historical romance. I still read all of them, but it seems like one genre eventually leads to another!
Happy Blog Hop!
