I know that I had one up yesterday that had nothing, but the heading. Sorry, I’ve had a four day weekend with my husband. Which never happens, so I’ve been enjoying to the full extent and we got home late so I immediately passed out without checking the scheduled post. So here is one that actually has some content.

I will be hosting a new feature Little Known Blogs, in order to give the spotlight to blogs that I love that need need deserve a little more attention. In order to be considered for this feature you must have less than 200 followers and have great content. If you’d like to be considered for this feature please fill out this form.

This month’s feature:
Blethering About Books is unique blog with it’s own personality.

Why did you start your blog?

I started my blog for several reasons.
  1. I found it difficult to write bad reviews for books on Goodreads and other book review sites (I have got a bit better at that now though) and  was always nervous about spoiling the story for other readers by blabbing too much so I found that I was more comfortable writing my thoughts in my own space.
  2. I also liked the idea of writing my thoughts on a book as I read - which is why more than one post can be found on my blog for some books.
  3. I am the only one in my family who is a reader. So I love having somewhere to go and type up my love (or hate) of a book without watching peoples eyes glaze over.
What is your favorite part of blogging?

I would say just being able to go 'bluh' about whatever takes my fancy.

What book is your current obsession? (The one that you're so in love with at the moment)

It was a bit scary how quickly I could answer this question. My obsession is the Theatre Illuminata series by Lisa Mantchev. The idea behind these books is so different from anything that I have ever came across before that I couldn't et enough of the first two book and I can't wait for the third - and the cover art is gorgeous.

What do you when you aren't blogging or reading?

I wish I could say buying books but unfortunately no. I work Monday-Friday during the week and care for my ill grandmother when needed. So pretty busy. Blogging and reading are my how-to-stay-sane activities. Smile
