Waiting on Wednesday

Sorry for the two memes in one week, but I can’t wait for this book so I’ll join in to Breaking the Spine’s Waiting on Wednesday.
 
I’m waiting for Lost Voices by Sarah Porter. EDIT: Does not release until July 4th, 2011.





Fourteen-year-old Luce has had a tough life, but she reaches the depths of despair when she is assaulted and left on the cliffs outside of a grim, gray Alaskan fishing village.     I read an eGalley of Lost Voices a month or so ago, and it was so much better than I expected. Great pick. Hope you enjoy it!

    This one looks really good! Great pick and I sure do love the cover... There is quite a few Mermaid books out that I want to read.

    I think this one sounds really fun and different, there aren't too many mermaid stories that I've read, so this one will be refreshing:) And it's got a lovely cover which is always a nice bonus!
