This week's question is: What is your favorite school subject?
History. I love everything about history. It is like a novel that actually happened. One where the good guy doesn’t always win (there usually seems to be a reason), mystical beings are real (such as dinosaurs, mammoths, and a land full of buffalo as far as your eyes can see), betrayal is still fresh after hundreds of years, and wars are fought and won for love, money, and land.
I’d like to ask my new and old readers, which time period they would most liked to live in, even if it is the present one.
The 1800's probably interest me the most, but I'm not sure if I'd rather be riding the range and being a rancher's wife or being a pirate's mistress. Both seem so adventurous, dangerous, and seductive.
This week's question is: What book are you most looking forward to seeing published in 2011? Why are you anticipating that book?
The book I'm most anticipating in 2011 is one I actually bought today and have to wait 20+ days for... Jeaniene Frost's This Side of the Grave.
