Where is your favorite reading spot and why?
My reading spot is kind of a dream one. It is actually on the back deck of one of my bookstore co-worker's home. It's a nice little room outside with ceiling fans to keep the air moving, and it is screened in. Her husband even put the screen down under the floor and all the way around the top to keep bugs out. So it is perfect for sitting outside in the spring, summer, or fall. In a nice spring rain, etc. Even has lights and electricity so you can sit in it at night. I always ask her to leave her house to me in her will, just for that little room.
Where is your favorite reading spot and why?
I started my blog because I love to read and share what I'm reading with other people. I teach middle school and my favorite part is when I see a kid become interested in reading. I love when parents call or stop me at school and thank me for getting their child, who would never pick up a book, to love reading and ask for books for Christmas.
What is your favorite part of blogging?
My favorite part of blogging is again sharing what I've read, as well as reading what other people have read, and learning about new books. I also love all the bloggers I get to talk to and learn more about reading and blogging from.
What book is your current obsession?
Hmm, my current obsession? That is a harder thing. The book I've been really into lately is Divergent, because I'm so excited for the release of the 2nd book, Insurgent. I also read the Hunger Games to students at school, and so I love sharing that series with people. And of course, I am a huge Twilight fan. My first, and only for the moment, tattoo is the cover of the first book. What do you when you aren't blogging or reading?
When I'm not blogging, I'm spending time with my dachshund Dora, I've included a picture of her, usually either going for walks, or snuggling on the couch watching tv. I also like to go to the movies. I have a friend that we tend to go to the movies almost every week, sometimes seeing 2, even 3 movies on a Friday night.
